• Summer Season (Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend) $145 per night (price includes taxes and cleaning costs)

• Winter Season:  $130 per night (price includes taxes and cleaning costs)

• WEEKLY -- seventh night free

• TWO night minimum (three night for major holidays and festivals)

• CANCELLATIONS made within 30 days of reserved date are subject to forfeiture of the deposit unless the rental is rebooked. All other cancellations will be charged $25.00.

• A DEPOSIT in the amount of half (1/2) of the total rental amount is required to secure a reservation.
